Squish is a trading name of . You can contact us at . In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean , and "you" means the person using our website or buying from us.
These terms apply when you buy from squish.today as a consumer. Please read them before placing an order — you'll be asked to accept them at checkout. They don't affect your statutory rights.
Squish toys are suitable for children aged 3 years and over and are sold for use under adult supervision. Product images are illustrative; small variations in colour and finish are normal for moulded foam and aren't a fault.
Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm we've received it; the contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error), we'll tell you and won't charge you, or will refund you in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, when you place your order; we never see or store your full card details. Discount codes are single use unless stated, can't be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our delivery page. We'll deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed unless we agree otherwise. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we've received payment in full.
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery — and we offer an extended -day returns window. See cancellation rights below.
We're legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. See guarantee and faulty items for what happens if something goes wrong.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but not for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. Our products are for domestic and private use only.
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or severe weather. If there's a significant delay, we'll contact you, and you can cancel and receive a full refund.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales — or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. As a goodwill gesture, we extend this to days for unused items.
Tell us clearly that you want to cancel — by email to , or using the model cancellation form below (you don't have to use it). To meet the deadline, you just need to send your message before the period ends.
Please send the goods back to within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Unless the item is faulty, you pay the direct cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
We'll refund the price you paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them back, or of you giving us evidence that you've sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we'll refund the cost of standard delivery only. We'll use the payment method you used, and you won't be charged any fee. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel the contract.
